TAD - TURKISH SOCIETY OF ANDROLOGY (TURKEY)

The objective of the society is to make studies concerning education, research and implementations on women's-men's health, sexual health and diseases, male reproductive health and diseases and to organize and support the studies of education and research.
The society is a scientific foundation, which is not engaged in politics. It is devoted to the principles and revolutions of Atatürk. The society is engaged in with the following activities with the purpose of achieving the objective that was mentioned above:
a) Executing the required activities of education, research and implementation with the purpose of universalizing the Family Planning effectively.
b) Planning and implementation of basic researches concerning reproduction physiology.
c) Planning of researches concerning infertility, assembling and operating of laboratories and units, which are required for the implementation of in vitro fertilization and similar techniques.
d) Assembling and operating of laboratories and units which are required for the research of physical and psychological factors which may affect the erectile functioning defect.
e) Cooperating with related domestic and foreign scientific, research and treatment foundations, private and public utilities and institutions such as societies and foundations with the purpose of maintaining scientific and financial sources and providing scientific and technical information and service take and give with them.
f) Organizing scientific meetings such as congresses, conferences and seminars and maintaining the scientific publications.
g) Cooperating with the related departments of the universities and their hospitals, providing the education for expert students, teaching staff and other staff in accordance with the requirements of modern medicine at each level in this field, sending expert students abroad with this purpose and accepting the expert students within the country or from abroad with this purpose.
h) If the need arises, the society forms workgroups with the purpose of achieving the objectives, which are mentioned in its by-law.
