SSSM - SCANDINAVIAN SOCIETY FOR SEXUAL MEDICINE

The Scandinavian Society for Sexual Medicine (SSSM) was founded in 2005. The SSSM has members from the Scandinavian countries: Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

The aims are to promote, support and develop research, education and clinical practice/knowledge in sexual medicine. An important task is to encourage and support scientific collaboration within and between the Scandinavian countries. The SSSM acknowledges sexual medicine as a multidisciplinary are of concern.

The SSSM has its annual general assembly in connection with the European Society for Sexual Medicine (ESSM) congress. The SSSM holds, once a year, a meeting with scientific presentations. Each Scandinavian country can also arrange national meetings.
